Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within the timeframes listed below. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods such as giveaways, pre-orders, or holidays, processing times may be extended.
Estimated Processing Times:
- Standard orders: 1–2 weeks
- Pre-orders, giveaway periods, or holidays: up to 6 weeks
Please allow the full processing time before contacting us regarding your order status.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Domestic orders: Delivery time varies based on carrier once shipped
- International orders: 5–7 weeks from ship date
Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Damages
Fast Media is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
Lost or Marked Delivered Packages
If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the shipping carrier directly (including but not limited to USPS or UPS) to initiate an investigation or claim.
Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- We will notify you upon receipt of the returned package
- A new shipping fee must be paid before the order can be reshipped
Fast Media is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses that are not returned by the carrier.
