Final Sale Items

All Apparel and Merch purchases made during giveaway periods are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for items purchased during these times.

Sweepstakes Entries

Once an order is placed, contest entries are automatically and irrevocably submitted to our sweepstakes partner.

For legal and regulatory reasons, entries cannot be modified, canceled, or withdrawn after checkout.

Returns

We do not accept returns on merchandise purchased during giveaway periods.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect and reported within 48 hours of delivery. If you believe your item qualifies, please contact us immediately.

Refunds

Refunds are not issued for:

• Final sale items
• Giveaway-period purchases
• Orders with declined shipping insurance
• Carrier-related delivery issues

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.
